One of the founders of Lexpath, Dan has combined his years of legal experience with a love of technology.  Before founding Lexpath, Dan was an associate at a large Long Island firm, and continues to practice law in the area of electronic discovery. With over twenty years of technology and legal experience, Dan’s expertise includes all aspects of Windows networking, e-discovery platforms, virtualization technologies, Cloud Computing,  Exchange Server, Office365, LAN/WAN integration, and Internet security. Drawing on this experience, he built Lexpath from the ground up to service the unique technology needs of law firms,  legal related enterprises, and small to mid-sized businesses. In addition, he has regularly presented on legal technology issues to bar associations and trade groups. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist, and Microsoft Small Business Specialist. Dan is a Lexis-Nexis Certified Independent Consultant, and a Clio Certified Consultant. A graduate of Hofstra Law School, Dan earned a BA from Fairfield University in Connecticut and attended Chaminade High School in Mineola. He is admitted to the bar in New York State as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  Dan resides on Long Island with his wife and four children and enjoys sailing, golf, and playing with new gadgets.

The other founder of Lexpath, Bill is an attorney with over twenty years of experience as a specialist in computer and Internet technology with a focus on project management, database design and computer network systems architecture. The 2006 Technolawyer Legal Technology Consultant of the Year, he is certified in many legal software solutions. Aside from practicing law, he is a former a adjunct professor at the New York City College of Technology (CUNY). He has presented on legal technology for the New York County Lawyers Association; the ABA Techshow; and the Atlanta Bar Association He has written many technology articles for the Richmond County Bar Association Newsletter. Bill is a retired member of the State Bar of New York, the Richmond County Bar Association and is a lifetime member of MENSA. He has a JD from Brooklyn Law School; a BA from The Catholic University of America and attended Regis and Xavier High School. He played Rugby at Catholic and for the New York Athletic Club and continues to play basketball in various leagues. He serves on the Board of Directors for: The National Lighthouse Museum; Bayview Tower and Bay Street Landing. He lives in Staten Island with his wife and two children.

Marty has been active in the technology field for over twenty years as Vice President at Quality Technology Solutions and, for the last ten years, as the founder and CEO of the 2e Technology Group, LLC which specialized in cost-effective technology solutions for the New Jersey business, legal and non-profit communities.   With the recent merger Marty has become a principal at Lexpath.  Marty has a JD from the Boston University School of Law, a BA from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and attended Bergen Catholic High School in Oradell, New Jersey.  Marty serves as Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Trustees for the Mental Health Association in New Jersey and resides in Maplewood, New Jersey with his wife and four children.

Jess serves as the Director of Operations and comes to Lexpath with over twenty years of experience in the IT Industry.  She started in the trenches as a technician and an engineer and quickly worked herself up to management.  She has worked in a variety of industries running Help Desks and IT Departments and brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge to Lexpath.  Jess’s keen eye for detail helps us define and iterate our internal processes to ensure that we provide the very best product and customer service to our clients.  She is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, volunteers her spare time to sit on the local little league Board of Directors and coaches intramural and travel baseball.

Avid Cyclist with 50,000 miles pedaled. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of road riding, including nutrition, clothing, bicycle hardware and reaching your desired goals.
